Indoor Venues
Celebrity Ballroom - perfect venue for awards receptions, corporate meetings, fashion shows, team building events, plated meals and buffet service. The Celebrity Ballroom has a large pre - function space and a beautiful outdoor patio. Accommodates up to 150 seated guests and up to 250 guests for a reception.

Players Room - located downstairs next to the IW Café provides privacy from public view yet still enjoys beautiful views of the golf course and access to the north patios of the Club. This venue is perfect for luncheons, business seminars, rehearsal dinners, poker nights and board meetings. Accommodates up to 40 seated guests and 70 guests for a reception. View
Indian Wells Room - Large glass doors separate this room from the rest of the IW Club and allow diners to take advantage of the best views on property while maintaining a private dining atmosphere. Accommodates up to 24 seated guests and 40 guests for a reception. View
IW Club Dining Room - Classically styled, this is the perfect venue for groups that enjoy elegance and fine dining. Accommodates up to 50 seated guests and 75 guests for a reception. View
IW Club Bar - A casual and lively atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views of the golf courses and surrounding mountains or take in their favorite event on one of our many HD TVs. Accommodates up to 60 seated guests and 100 guests for a cocktail reception. View
IW Café - Located on the first floor this venue has access to all of the Club's first floor patios and is ideal to host buffet breakfasts and lunches for groups of golfers before or after play. Accommodates up to 40 seated guests and 75 guests for a reception. View

IW Club Bar Patio – The Bar Patio extends the casual and relaxing feel of the IW Bar and has a beautiful fire pit, wide screen monitors and wonderful views of the golf courses. Accommodates up to 50 seated guests and up to 100 guests for a reception. View
IW Club Dining Room Patio – The Dining Room Patio has a panoramic view of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the cascading waterfall below, the ideal spot to enjoy dining under the stars. Accommodates up to 70 seated guests and 150 guests for a reception. View
IW Café Patio – The Café Patio has beautiful golf course views and is the perfect spot to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner with your group. Accommodates up to 100 seated guests and 200 guests for a reception. It can be used in conjunction with the Celebrity Lawn for larger groups. View
IW Putting Course - Our professional event planners can help create group and corporate outings on this unique and beautiful venue. Golfers and non-golfers alike will appreciate the memorable experience the course offers. Catered functions can be as simple or extravagant as can be imagined. The course is a unique addition to any tournament or meeting program and is available paired with a full golf event or alone as an individual activity. Accommodates 250 guests for a reception. View
Celebrity Lawn - Located next to the IW Café Patio this well manicured lawn can host luncheons, benefits and awards banquets. Accommodates up to 150 seated guests and 300 guests for a reception. View
Players Lawn - Adjacent to the IW Putting Course this lovely space can be utilized for seating and banquet service for groups enjoying the IW Putting Course. Accommodates up to 70 seated guests and 100 guests for a reception. View
Fairway Lawn - Located across the bridge and in between the first tees of the Celebrity and Players Courses, the Fairway Lawn is the perfect place to hold private and special evening events. Accommodates 150 seated guests and 300 guests for a reception. View
Driving Range - Used for very large events under the stars, The Driving range can accommodate 500 seated guests and 2000 guests for a reception. View
